Burp Scanner is now able to scan both JSON and YAML-based API definitions for vulnerabilities. Burp will automatically parse any API definitions encountered during crawling, and you can also specify the URL of an API definition when launching a scan.

Burp Scanner lets you record login sequences using your browser, and use these to log in during the scan. In the latest release, you can test your recorded sequences in Burp's embedded browser to confirm they are working.
