Since November, Family Support Worker Emma, from our North East Care team, has been supporting Delilah, who has a diagnosis of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH). Emma provides respite for mum Rosanna and spends quality time with Delilah while mum catches up on housework. 🌈

Meet Sofia, aged seven.🌈 Her big brother William, 10, has a rare form of mitochondrial disease. For nearly five years, Family Support Worker Ellen from Rainbow Trust's South West Care team has been supporting their family.

Jayden has a range of complex health conditions and spent the first 18 months of his life in Alder Hey hospital. Family Support Worker Gina, from our Manchester team supported the family through their time in hospital and continues to support them now that Jayden is at home. 🌈
