Rooks Rest happened sooner in the season than I expected but it was very well done. Tears…so many tears… I’m already head over heels for Gayle Rankin as Alys. All in all, an improvement on episode 3…though they still don’t know what to do with Alicent. #HouseOfTheDragon

They REALLY don’t know what to do with Alicent…I feel kinda bad for her at this point. On the plus side, go Grover Tully! Also, I’m happy to see the show tackle class issues in an interesting way via the dragonseeds. And thank goddess we finally got this shot! #HouseOfTheDragon

While I think Logan is the best, DOFP is, hands down, my favorite to rewatch. I really dug #DeadpoolAndWolverine (I really needed a pick-me-up and boy did it deliver in the laughter department).

It’s 4:20am and, as usual, my “sleep” schedule is f*cked (what is sleep anyway?…) so of course I’m overly invested in a Table Tennis Olympics final between France and China… *this is after I drank a bottle of wine while coloring and watching Crazy Rich Asians for the 100th time

Beyond thrilled Imane Khelif won gold at the #olympics!! The media (and many others) should be ashamed of the way they latched on to a “story” without even trying to verify it (turns out it was 100% false). The women are killing it this year and I’m here for it. 💪🏻❤️

I really liked parts of #TheAcolyte (the fight choreography, characters, most of the acting). But I also disliked a lot (the pacing and some of the character development). I actually think it may have been better had it been longer…🤷🏼‍♀️ But I’m sorry for the cast and crew 😢

#RingsOfPower2 thoughts: Elrond & Disa remain my favorites. Slow clap for how the writers/actors handled Annatar seducing Celebrimbor. Boo to making Theo annoying again (though Earien is just as bad). YAY POPPY! Not loving Galadriel’s lack of self awareness but 🤞🏻 it gets better

Please go see #CityofDreams this weekend in theaters! It is beautifully shot and acted and shines a light on an incredibly important subject - child trafficking and slave labor. I’m so proud of my husband for being a part of it and hope it helps raise awareness and action.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal stuff, so I’m only now catching up on #RingsOfPowerS2 and this might be the single most uneven season of TV I’ve ever seen. Characters are smart until they aren’t bc “plot” and the pacing is downright awful. Charles Edwards is fire though

I’ve loved the New England #patriots for over 40 years (thru the low lows & very high highs) and I will never miss a game, but…I’m gonna have to start day drinking bc what I’m watching is painful-pls get back to basics (protect the QB & stop with the turnovers/missed tackles) 😢
