Staff wellbeing in nursing homes matters—happy, healthy carers provide better, more compassionate care. When we care for staff, they can better care for residents. #AgedCare #Wellbeing #CompassionateCare #RaithManor #AbbotsfordCare

Being apart of an organisation that promotes changes and improvements for the lives of our residents is one thing, but being fortunate enough to be behind the scenes and experience these conferences in real time - unbeatable! 🩷 #abbotsfordcare #raithmanor

A truly magical moment hosting a meditation staff wellbeing session today. Beneficial in so many ways. A useful session that can be done in both short and long durations. Bonus: Hitting major senses and actively listening and sharing stories.

An opportunity to bond with individuals that you work alongside daily - in ways you may have never bonded before. Human connection is vital; and plays a massive role in your overall wellbeing. Probably a lot more than you would think as well!

Celebrating Mental Health Awareness week in style with staff. Yummy buffet food, best dressed competition, tree of kindness and of course - wearing bright green clothes. Not only was the spirit and atmosphere outstanding - but the community spirit it brought💚

I can’t recommend these little cards enough They’re helpful for team members who may find it difficult to open up, still finding their feet, or struggling to articulate their emotions I’ve found them to be beneficial in creating space for honest, reflective conversations.

sometimes it’s not the big, bold things you do. Sometimes it’s the little, quiet ways you touch peoples lives. True job satisfaction knowing you are able to be a stable, comfort human for others 🥹🙏
