Today’s appointment was rlly productive cuz my dad wasn’t there I told her abt my trauma My therapist also mentioned ptsd and that’s exactly what I’ve thought

guys one high school starts I’m gonna get a gym membership so I can go to the gym after school

I’m actually so scared it smells like piss, I hope it’s just the sample I swear it smelt so good when I first tried it

I think all of them have gone bad

I looked at some and they are SO EXPENSIVE guess that I can’t get fit anyway

I really need someone to talk to but I have no one One of my moots even blocked me for a petty argument that had nothing to with them I’m so alone I can’t anymore omg

Gonna cut even after being clean for 2 months

god forbid i wanna feel like i fit in somewhere and that my presence is cared about

I’m so behind and now if I want to study the subjects I want I have to wait a year before I can get in. So I’ll be a year behind the people my age I have no idea what I’m going to do

I told my school nurse that I wanted to kill myself and that I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously by my dad. Guess what she does, calls my dad I tell her multiple times that I don’t want to go home. Guess what she does, sends me home

I can’t anymore omg I keep saying that I’m gonna try one more time one more time but it never works

I relapsed after 2 months haha

Tomorrow I’m calling my doctor and getting an appointment as soon as possible hopefully before Friday. I’ll tell her that I’ve already tried to get help too many times, and that I will kill myself if I don’t get admitted or immediate help. I’m not going to try again after this

Ok so I’m at the psych ward getting evaluated in prob not gonna get admitted though cause the I overheard doctor on the phone saying that admission isn’t the best for me, since he so clearly knows me well
