I had an event yesterday out in Richmond, Texas. 100 pl, 3 signature cocktails. Community building event. Prepped for a few days, juices, syrups and such. THE ONLY THING I FORGOT WAS THE MINT. Thank goodness I had extra flowers and herbs to garnish. This is what I came home to.
