Insights on transition from hadronic to partonic collectivity. At low energies, v2 may be negative and NCQ scaling might break down. We expect that as collision energy rises beyond 4 GeV, v2 may become positive & NCQ scaling gradually restores. arxiv.org/abs/2501.11290
