Another good 6-0 win today, to keep our strong season going, including our 7th clean sheet of the season. We’ve been searching the history books & we’re pretty sure that’s our most clean sheets for one season in club history.

Top of the league Purley SG 👌🏾

There’s been a lot of changes at Purley SG over the summer, with new faces coming in & old faces leaving, but the biggest change was upstairs. After the tough decision for Si to step down, Mike Warren hung up his boots after 124 apps to move upstairs for the new season. #PSG

Our first game under the new gaffer saw us take on a tough AAFC, which after a close game we won 2-1 with new signing Robbie Brooks scoring on his debut for the club. #PSG

Our second game of the season saw us welcome Santa Cruz for our first home game of the season, with a resounding 4-0 win from a brilliant all round team performance. #PSG

We then made it 3 wins out of 3 after our win against Gold Coaching Reserves on Sunday. Another closely contested game where the boys really had to dig in to secure the 3 points & hold on for that victory. #PSG

Next up this Sunday we’re back at home against Fish All Stars in our final group match in the CMSFL Cup. A draw or better secures our journey into the Quarter Finals and we’d love to keep our unbeaten run going. #PSG
