"Impossible is nothing!" These were the words spoken by one of our young people today, we'll call him Jaden for privacy reasons. Jaden is growing in every session, his school reports he’s attending more classes & growing in confidence.

A special evening 👏 ❤️

Our Co-founders spent Friday evening in Wembley celebrating Alexa Hunn-Phillips and many other’s achievements as a Lionesses . The evening has left us inspired to do more for those vulnerable communities lacking access to sport & fitness.

Imagine a time when #comingoutday is not relevant, when we don't need to declare our sexuality to provide our society with a label. Where sexuality and gender isn't seen as binary. Until then, we will continue to inspire the fitness industry to create inclusive spaces.

Another fantastic Barton Family Session this evening boxing and playing dodge ball. These sessions help get families moving and are funded by @activeoxon and Sport England through the YouMove project.

Great visit to Gymshark ‘s new store on Regents Street. So much work has gone into representation and although we wish this was the norm, for now it’s not.
