I don't get political for current event's sake, there are plenty of other pages for that, we're more of a Bible study, but sometimes I and we have to get political because frankly the other side is arguing a problematic, nonbiblical position. Bob... facebook.com/psalmsixtythre…

Look, I don't want to be too judgemental here of someone outside of my church body. If they were in my church I would take it to my pastor personally. I understand why Ken Ham wrote an article rebuffing Matt... facebook.com/psalmsixtythre…

Thank the Lord and sing His praise; tell everyone what He has done. Let all who seek the Lord rejoice and proudly bear His name. He renews His promises and leads His people forth in joy. With shouts of thanksgiving. Alleluia! Alleluia!

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. A lot of people on here were saying Jesus was not in the Old Testament. John tells us otherwise.

#93b - We also share the Lord’s Supper only with those who are united in the same faith. To receive Christ’s body and blood together with others is a deep expression of Christian fellowship. celc.info

#94a – The Lord’s Supper is a treasure for believers. Under normal circumstances it is a regular part of life for communicant members of the church.

Psalm 63 (@psalmsixtythree) 's Twitter Profile Photo

#94b - As we commune often, we are personally reassured that Jesus died for our sins, we are strengthened to live a godly life, and we are built up in our fellowship with other believers. celc.info

How often do you see people asking for prayers on social media? It's all to easy to scroll past probably the couple you see everyday, but might I suggest you stop, the smaller the acquaintance the better and let them know you're praying for them and God hears them.

Psalm 63 (@psalmsixtythree) 's Twitter Profile Photo

It's a great reminder when we publicly offer someone our prayers that if we can hear them, God already has heard them and will be answering according to His almighty knowledge.

#95a – Confessional Lutherans adhere to the Lutheran Confessions of 1580 not “insofar as” but “because” these Confessions are a correct presentation of the pure doctrine of the Bible.

Psalm 63 (@psalmsixtythree) 's Twitter Profile Photo

#95b - Lutherans especially treasure the Small Catechism of Martin Luther as a useful tool for teaching the Christian faith. celc.info

Wow! We wrapped up all #95Theses from celc.info. I really felt that #95 was a good take away in that our list, or even our catechism, does not seek to set us apart as a different form of Christianity, rather to bullet point every truth of The Bible instead.

#InsteadOfSpreadingHate love your God and love your neighbor, but before we can do that we may want to take the time to learn the meaning of the word "love" or #Agape. psalm-sixtythree.blogspot.com/2015/04/the-tr…

2Corinthians 3 17-18 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord shine His face upon you. May the Lord grant you comfort and give you peace. Amen.
