We'd like to thank the incredible team of staff at Progress who have ensured every person supported has remained safe and out of harms way. Six residential homes were displaced to hotels due to power outages. Staff have been heroes across all programs, and we are grateful!

Shonda's new all terrain scooter could not have come at a better time. ❄️🛴 It can handle uneven terrain, and even snow and ice! Through Progress Residential programs, dedicated staff, and vital mobility equipment, individuals gain the freedom to live more independently. 💛

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times ❄️ After the ice storm, Evelyn, Jimmy, Page, and Companion Pamela made the best of an unexpected hotel stay. Grateful for heat, electricity, and hot meals, and thanks to dedicated staff, everyone is now safely back home.

After Project SEARCH, Jalen pursued greater independence through the MAPs program —updating his resume, applying for jobs, and shadowing at a local hotel. He’s now a valued bellman and even schedules his own rides to work. Way to go, Jalen!

Rico relies on Progress services to live independently, with dedicated staff supporting him every step of the way. He loves spending time in nature, and staff make it happen. Through Progress, we’re bringing health, happiness, and independence to those we serve.

Congrats to Employee of the Month, Beverly Majano! Beverly Majano has been employed with Progress since November 2022 as a House Manager with Senior Services. During the recent ice storm in January, Beverly walked to another individual's home to provide help. Thank you Beverly!
