Lufthansa is a TERRIBLE airline. I tried cancelling a supposedly refundable ticket and they won't tell me the refund amount unless I actually go through with it. Never mind that the ticket was marked as refundable when I booked it....

Never buy a refundable ticket with Lufthansa , it's a sham. If part of your reservation is non refundable, the entire reservation is non refundable. Trying to get a refund? You won't know what you're getting until you confirm the refund #theftansa
