23/ My dad has this skill where he can put a steamed spare rib in his mouth, and while reading a newspaper, spit out a completely clean bone (kind of like eating a cherry). He does this at dim sum all the time.

24/ When I was in college, my dad found a great deal on some whiskey and tried to have some mailed to me. I almost got in a LOT of trouble with the resident dean.

First, thank you! 👍🏽I always wonder why TDs don’t provide field conditions info to teams. For Cinco, I scouted the fields 3X in 1 week because of the heavy rain including the Friday of the tournament. From my Loop office to Waukegan is 1.5 hrs, but I thought it needed to be done

Btw, it basically hasn’t stopped raining here since March. It reminds me of the no Summer after the Polar Vortex of 2014. Lake levels super high, less beaches, less boats on the lake because they can’t make it out of the harbors, cold, rainy, lots of flooding & really bad fields

I believe I’ve played on 6 diff club teams over 10 seasons. Every single season but one the team has ran a relatively traditional vert or horiz offense. Ofc, each team has had some variations reg flow and the underlyin structure but the overall lack of innovation is striking!
