Last week of an amazing summer before I start a new adventure moving back to the HS level after spending 7 years in the MS classroom. Grateful to all the wonderful teachers I was able to work with there and looking forward to what this year brings!

I must be excited to start this year back in a high school classroom. I got up energized , and made my way in to our school nice and early ready to have a productive day, only to find out the worst news possible…. Tomorrow. Our first day back is tomorrow. 😂

I didn't use Canva very much during the summer break, but WOW is it nice to get back in and start designing there again for my classes!

Really loving the AI generated assistance built into the Socrative quiz creation for simple checkpoint understanding questions! Such a time saver, to get valuable formative student info!

Game Design students worked hard this week to learn some basic coding concepts to help with future game design applications. I loved the creativity of one student to give herself a rough XY coordinate guide!

Loving that SchoolAI has a batch grader that uploads multiple docs at once and it generates personalized feedback on student rough drafts. The best part, it's working for me with my students python code, greatly increasing the detail of feedback I can provide in less time!
