Execution is a bigger problem than play calling.

Billy Napier deserves plenty of criticism. But vs USF, the players flat-out screwed him. If they took the game plan seriously, Florida scores 30+. These guys get paid now. This week, ALL the criticism should be on the players. Every bit of it.

I’m no apologist — the offense stinks. But firing coaches every 3–4 years is killing Florida more than bad playcalling. Instability wrecks rosters, and no top coach wants a job where the seat is always on fire.
