PEOPLE PUT MONEY INTO IT No, really. Waterfowl are kicking ass and taking names because of massive investment in waterfowl stuff. AND IT WORKED. All across the board, if you’re a waterfowl, you’re doing so much better than you were.

And that, friends, is what we call “proof of concept.” We can absolutely reverse many MANY bird declines if we’re willing to do the work, set the land aside, and throw money at the problem. It’s not some super complicated tangle of eighty million factors.

I think it’s interesting how men interpret women taking precautions as women being paranoid due to past traumatic situations. It really shows how out of touch men are when it comes to the daily precautions women have to take to make sure we’re safe around men.
