Jaden Lambert competed in NASA HS Nationals this weekend in Oklahoma City. He performed exceptionally well with a 2nd place finish in unequipped powerlifting and won the power press national championship in the 148# class!

Nyalah Hernandez-Finch competed in NASA HS Nationals this weekend in the 9-10th grade girls division in Oklahoma City. She dominated winning a national championship in unequipped powerlifting, push pull division and top bench press in her class! ⁦@Belton_Football⁩

Just a reminder that there will be no 8am strongman session tomorrow due to football being gone at a team camp. Any boy in 8am that is not going to the football camp will attend the 7am session on Wednesday!

Don’t worry, we are still on for this morning. We will not be on the turf, but will move our circuit into the weight room and into the east wing.

8am 9/10th grade boys report directly to FH gym this morning to start. 11/12 grade boys to the weight room.
