In contrast to our previous game, Pilo, we used the good old parallax method to simulate perspective in a 2D world for Barda. When the camera moves, objects move in the opposite direction — the further away they are, the less they move. #IndieGameDev #GameDev #IndieGames

How does our bag work? 🎥 It's filmed by its own static camera (so the physical world isn't affected by camera animations) 🎈 It uses Unity's 2D physics with a thick edge collider for the limits of the bag 🍀 Every item in the game has its unique Polygon Collider to perfectly

One game that has impressed me is Barda by Wishlist BARDA // Mudita Games Barda is a roguelite where the main feature is that you manage your inventory inside your bag. You need to be tidy in order to survive in your ascension to the mountain #SteamNextFest #IndieGame

We had a player complaining about not being to see Fatigue in the bag enough, so we added a little weight on the affect objects, I think it does the job #GameDev
