Today, Danilo Giglitto gave a talk titled "Silenced voices from the archives: Colonialism in British anthropological films" at #MeCCSA2022. It engaged with the "Silenced Voices" theme of the conference by proposing a postcolonial framework to re-interpret anthropological films.

Today, we held the "Re-imagining colonial archives" co-creation workshop with SHU MAC students and UK-based artists. We gathered plenty of fresh perspectives to inform a decolonised interpretation of anthropological films shot during British colonial rule.
