Could we just have proper funding for resources and staff first please? And funding for proper support for children with additional needs? I’m not anti-chess but this isn’t exactly a priority is it?!

Ignoring the distraction of the 7am time I agree with this sentiment. Decisions should be carefully thought over but made as quickly as possible. I’ve worked with leaders who take weeks and those who make rapid decisions. I prefer the latter, and the school was more vibrant!

Not surprised tbh after failure to deliver LETTERBOX flowers for 2 days by Yodel have appalling customer service. On the Webchat for over an hour only to be told they can’t help or put me through to speak to someone. Absolutely abysmal.

Ok, I try to be nice on here, but Katharine Birbalsingh assertion that being in work for long hours means you strive for excellence really pisses me off. Teaching is a job. An important job yes, but just a job. My own family are more important than the job, as are my staff's families.
