Well here we go, I officially started speed work as park of my marathon training build up, not just endurance like for the #Ironman.. Sweet!

First day in new role and it looks like I am moving in, but it is just all the clothes, wash kit, breakfast, etc I need at work to run in!

Just saw Anthony Kiedis walking into Radio1... I love what I have heard of the new album!

Thank god for #Compressport, as I came 19th in a 10km yesterday, 1st race since #Ironman, then just landed in Jo'burg for work today!

Nice one Mark Cavendish, you said it all, you are a great ambassador for British sport, sportsmanship and inspire us all.

Brick session this AM, 40min steady on the turbo and then my usual 10km, feeling strong and ran it in 49min very comfortably.

90mile hilly cycle + short run, felt good especially as it as the longest single physical excursion I have done... IM FRance T-21days :-)

30km running over the last few days without any latency from the weekend... this make me smile :-)

Sorry I've been slacking on my tweets, but I have been keeping up with my daily 10km+5km running commute but adding a 60min cycle beforehand

Cycle/run brick sessions this morning, it felt smooth and efficient, mind you I did have the weekend off as part of tapering down.

15km today, nice and easy using my new #CompressportUK .... like running on air ;-)

Bike in bikebox+attached to roof rack...Check, streetware in case in the boot..Check, game face back on+ready for #Ironman France...Check!!

Bike didn't blow off the top of the car and there were no check-in shenanigans. Note to self... the 6am flight maybe way cheaper, but....

Sea swim this morning on the race course was great, warm and calm waters and upper body felt strong in the water :-)

Registered at Ironman HQ, had a great cycle this arvo and although the temp is holding firm at 28-30, it might make race day interesting!

Well...... I am officially and Ironman, wooohooo... Great experience and great race :-)

Well, despite my relative Tweet-silence I have been picking up the running since my #Ironman (sorry no blog yet!) - next stop 2:45 marathon!
