Dheeraj Prakaash and Astrid Brandner paper on two new reLPS models for Martini is out. Our Martini2 model of ReLPS has accelerated kinetics, which in part overcomes the timescale issues of working with LPS. The second is a Martini3 model (normal kinetics). pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…

In this work, MD reveals a new filter conformation not (yet) seen in cryo-EM of TPC2 channels that conducts sodium ions in good agreement with experiments done by Taufiq Rahman. Very nice collab also with Sandip Patel at UCL. Department of Biochemistry at Oxford University
