#Taxi stopped on the #M4 J8/9-7(East) for #CarelessDriving. Behind vehicle for over a mile where it remained in lane 2 the entire time, despite lane 1 being clear. Driver issued with a fixed penalty notice. Their reason was... “I was doing 65mph, I thought it was ok!” 🤦🏼‍♂️ #P5562

Vehicle stopped on the #M4 J12 towards 13 (near #Newbury) for #MiddleLaneHogging. 🚙 in lane 2 for over a mile whilst I was directly behind in a marked #BMW. Lane 1 totally clear the entire time. Ticket issued for #CarelessDriving. If it’s clear move across! 🤦🏼‍♂️👮🏼‍♂️ #P5562
