1. Hugely disappointed with easyJet treatment after having two flights cancelled - to and from Rome a couple of weeks ago. Interesting wording in their declining of compensation email, especially as we were given completely different information at the airport.

2. We were informed by easy jet staff that they were short of staff (easyJet’s responsibility) but the official line was cancellation due to bad weather (not easyJet’s responsibility). Is this just poor communication or deliberate misinformation?

3. All other airlines were flying - maybe different weather, even to the same destinations? Felt sorry for the totally inadequate number of easyJet staff in the airport who were totally overwhelmed by the number of passengers trying to get information.

4. We were directed to the app which was completely hopeless in providing information. Cost over £1k in having to fly from / to a different airport, hotel, taxi, parking etc. We have received a decline email for compensation and no reply in relation to expenses.

5. EasyJet system promises a reply within 24 hours, apart from an automated receipt, no reply in over a week. Flown loads of times with easyJet before- unlikely to again. BBC Watchdog can you help please?
