Kaizen D. Asiedu This is a very big deal. What the hell kind of system are we living in if thousands of kids were abused, the government has videos of the abusers and yet none of the abusers are even facing charges!?

.Pete Earle shows how the proliferation of chicken sandwiches across fast food chains isn't evidence of capitalism's creative stagnation, but rather demonstrates how market competition drives continuous innovation. Read his latest at The Daily Economy

“The explosion of chicken sandwich options is not a sign of creative bankruptcy — it’s a case study in product refinement, branding evolution, and consumer-focused differentiation,” writes American Institute for Economic Research's Pete Earle for The Daily Economy. buff.ly/4WViFpV

How does someone get serious about paying off debt? AIER's Pete Earle recommends You Need a Budget (YNAB) as a powerful tool to build discipline and take control. Instead of vague spending limits, YNAB assigns every dollar a job, whether it’s debt payoff, saving, or staying

“[L]argely absorbed.” Hasn’t this entire administration been saying for months that tariffs are paid by foreign governments?

Japanese automobiles will now bear a 15 percent tariff when sold in the US, while Ford, GM, Tesla, etc. must pay tariffs on all imported components - of particular note, a 50 percent tariff on steel. If it’s not clear to you how domestic auto purchasers will benefit from this,

There's simply no way that downward revisions of prior nonfarm payroll releases showing an average 3-month gain of 35,000 jobs isn't going to result in the administration asserting the existence of a conspiracy within the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Seems like the perfect time to drive uncertainty through the roof while arbitrarily adding (and subtracting, and adding...) costs to multi-trillion dollar global trade flows.

I strongly suspect that the Trump administration is about to frenetically adopt the concept of lag - which, ironically but unsurprisingly, they’ve conveniently discarded/dismissed since April or so.
