Smoked brisket, pickled okra, bbq and mustard sauce. 🧡🧡🧡 Our home raised beef, gently smoked for 10 hours, served with pickled okra from the garden, spicy mustard and mellow bbq sauce. So delicious and lots of leftovers for days 🧡🧡🧡

Breakfast of Mullet, green curry sauce, Thai basil 🧡🧡🧡 Picked up some very fresh local Mullet today after my morning surf. The mullet was under $10 for 600 grams of fillets. Simply pan fried and served with organic green curry paste and coconut cream, a splash of fish sauce

Mullet, squid ink mayo, organic sprouting broccoli & grapefruit. 🧡🧡🧡 Third day of the mullet adventure. I left these fillets in the fridge for a couple of days uncovered to get the skin super dry, then lightly salted the skin and flesh and pan fried mainly on the skin side
