A great day with our 3rd year Nursing students in our Preparation for Practice day. Topics covered included the roles and responsibilties of a NQN, a practice at shift coordination, person centred care planning, the Mental Health Act and medication errors to name but a few!

Month 2 of 6. A great afternoon with our new Preceptees including 2 of our new Nursing Associates. Our topics today were on leadership, team working and assessing mental state. Lots of great discussion and support of each other 🥰
