Tonight, I am 💔 over the loss of our El Paso, Texas District Manager (DM) Sara Perez Palacios. I promoted Sara to DM in 2009 when she reported to me. I loved who Sara was — she was an incredible leader in El Paso. I feel horrible for our T-Mobile team tonight and send them ❤️. RIP.

Sara, you were an amazing leader, friend, mother and wife. You always made time for your team and got to know them as you genuinely cares for each and every one. I'll miss our talks about our kids and I appreciate everything you did for me.
