Congratulations to David Hawkins, NACAC’s Chief Education and Policy Officer, for being honored with the Jack Blackburn Award. Natl Association for College Admission Counseling And the counselor of the year award was awarded to Kathleen Martin, the Director of College Guidance at Wilmington Friends School.
