Imaginez que vous viviez dans un abri fait de vêtements, de bâtons de bois et de bâches en plastique. Les familles soudanaises réfugiées au Tchad ont affronté les tempêtes dans ces conditions. Une aide urgente est nécessaire pour les reloger et fournir des services essentiels.
