An unintended consequence of building the new Partick-Govan bridge is that the popular Sub-run jog around all the Glasgow subway stations is now shorter, and can be run more geographically accurately. A nice wee route.

Partick 4.

Spent a day getting attacked by deer keds in the mountains above Loch Arkaig, on the edge of the Rough Grounds of Knoydart. Views over to the Small Isles and back towards Loch Cuaich. Most of my family that lived in these glens were evicted from here in 1804. Lochaber no more.

Delighted to hear that this search ended with a positive outcome. I was speaking to the mountain rescue teams up there over the weekend. This was a huge search operation over an extensive area, and credit due to all those involved.
