According to the Lesotho’s Independent Electoral Commission -IEC, #BAP becomes the #39th Political party registered in Lesotho today. BAP is a splinter party from the All Basotho Convention-ABC and is led by Prof. Nqosa Mahao, the former ABC Deputy Leader & Minister of Law.
