After 31 years of service, Chief Nelson Moya has announced his retirement from the Palm Bay Police Department. Chief Moya has accepted a position in New York and will begin his new job in March. Deputy Chief Mario Augello will serve as Acting Chief upon Moya’s separation. #PBPD
