Fantastic article by the guys at bunkered today about a sampling of the most expensive pieces of golf memorabilia ever sold. A few great stories in here - give it a read! Michael McEwan Golden Age bunkered.co.uk/golf-news/the-…

A wonderful day yesterday at Mr Palmer’s Latrobe CC. Thank you to Western Pennsylvania Golf Association for creating the opportunity through their “Play Days!” If you’re in Western PA and not a WPGA member, you should seriously consider joining! #golfhistory #arnoldpalmer #lateobecc

She delivered the winning call at Oakmont, but also has some serious game herself 🎤 We caught up with Emilia Migliaccio Doran this week while she competed in the U.S. Women's Amateur and asked her what was going through her mind during J.J.'s final putt on SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio.

Charles E. Evans Jr in 1915, the year before he became the first amateur golfer to win both the U.S. Open and U.S. Amateur in the same year - Chick competed in a record fifty consecutive U.S. Amateur Championships and did so carrying just seven hickory-shafted golf clubs.

JJ Spaun is gonna be so much fun to watch at Bethpage. Dude had some serious stones in the most pressure packed moments. What a great run he’s been on this year. Congrats to Rosie on the win. Played very well. Much deserved

Pittsburgh's Neal Shipley has officially secured his PGA Tour card for 2026. Shipley's picked up two wins on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2025, is 3rd on the Tour's points list and sits 87th in the OWGR rankings. Quite an accomplishment for the #WestPennGolf product. Like the playoffs, the Signature Events are flawed. There should be a restriction either on how many you can get a season or you earn half the points or something. It’s another problem I fear the Tour doesn’t have a proper solution too

Yes and no. If someone wins an event who hasn’t been in the conversation until they win, it shouldn’t get them in. I think a recent run of say 2-3 months should determine the final picks, whether it gets them on or off the team

The game was born in Boston, New York, Philly, and Chicago. It is a catastrophe that there aren’t annual events in at least three of those cities. I personally feel the Western Open needs to be returned to the prestige of yesteryear and represent Chicago and the Midwest

Xander is trending in the right direction. Harry Hall has been one of the best strokes gained players over recent months. I could see them getting in to the Tour Championship
