MLK was a deeply spiritual man, but I think he was referring to more than his spiritual beliefs. We need faith in ourselves, to discover our part of the planet to shine up. We don’t need to be MLK–we just need to follow his lead to build a more compassionate, connected world.

As I prepare to travel to New Jersey, Rhode Island, Detroit and San Antonio these next few months, my messages can are simply these: Know how you’re made and what kind of work gives you joy, then go out and do that. And when you can, along the way, spread hope. #hoperich

I’m heading to Rider University to meet with students, their mentors & alumni. I love that universities like Rider have Women’s Leadership programs. I wish every university did! If you live around Philly, join us if you’d like a brush up on emotional fitness!

Attended an all-day event at Rider University for our future student leaders, and later signed books & spoke about emotionally fit leaders to alumni & faculty. Thank you Eileen Wainwright for making it all possible! And to Mike Wainwright for the photos! #hoperich

Joyce surprised many when she left a dynamic career to begin another, and her kindness, generosity, and optimism shine through in this piece. #hoperich susanpackard.com/serving-lunch/

If you are looking to lead, there’s an opening for an Executive Director at a beautiful little retreat center in Sewanee, Tennessee. I’m heading up that search. You’d need to move, but a gorgeous place! The job description and submission details are linked in my bio.
