The Oyster Restoration Company welcomed Xelect Ltd, genetics service providers, to our broodstock site at Orkney this week. Here Lidia de Los Ríos Pérez from Xelect took tissue samples to begin the selective breeding programme and create a DNA Panel. #oysterrestoration #netzero


This week a large team of contractors, system assistants, algae technicians, and managers all played a part in getting nine IndustrialPlankton Photo Bioreactors (PBRs) into their new home at our hatchery at Aultbea. A great team effort! #oysterrestoration #aquaculturetechnology
