Yep, hospitals like that made hundreds of millions by administering COVID protocols (which were basically Remdesivir , possibly a vent and let the patient die). This protocol was evil and incorrect but was linked to tons of $$$$$$

I don't care what PBM / insurance it is, no pharmacy should be paid under $10 profit for any drug that's at least a 30 days supply. Pay us for our labor. Paying me 15 cents for Meloxicam and 5 cents for amlodipine is bullcrap.
