We had our inaugural University of Oklahoma Neurosurgery Chair’s Hike and Resident Retreat. It was a beautiful day for a hike and for us to re-charge, re-new, and reflect on the past, present, and future of our Department. Spending time with the residents is the best part of our jobs.

University of Oklahoma Neurosurgery welcomed our visiting professor, Dr. Roberto Heros, from UM Neurosurgery and Jackson Health System. We are so happy to spend some time with Dr. Heros - a giant in neurosurgery. In exchange, Dr. Heros leaves with cowboy boots and a little bit of Oklahoma in his heart.
