We are on scene of a shooting near 400 N. 800 W. Homeowner shot a man that he found in his garage. Suspect was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

The suspect from the incident this morning has passed away. We are still in the process of notifying his family.

The man that was shot by a homeowner on Monday has been identified as, 49 yo Marcos Rosales. Orem Police Dept.

Victim from yesterday's shooting has been ID'd as, Dominique Barnett (26) our thoughts and prayers are with his family. We are still searching for the suspect. Call Orem Police Dept. 801-229-7070 if you know where he is. A reward has been established for info leading to his capture.
