Based Open-WebUI, it not only has rendering but also will let me download an svg. Claude makes me screenshot it. Can't paste an svg into Cursor though... Might contribute png download feature. Side note, you should really be using images of sequence diagrams with codegen tools.

I wanted to see open-webui's MCP capabilities so I tried using notionApi (notion-mcp-server) with it. Pretty good. I had to whip up mcpo on a container since I have owui hosted elsewhere but this is neat since I'm not tied to an IDE or Claude Desktop to do this stuff.
