Since October I have cycled >240km/month to raise funds & awareness for the humanitarian work of Medical Aid for Palestinians in #Gaza. As the conflict enters its 12 month the humanitarian crisis becomes greater and greater. Please consider donating. #CeaseFireNow 🕊️ map.org.uk

Big thanks to Breas Medical who donated 4 Clearway cough assist devices to support the Ukrainian war rehabilitation programme It was an honour to carry out teaching & handover devices to military & rehab facilities Special thanks to the UK physios who have supported 🙏🏼🇺🇦🧵

Gosh what a day!! Coffee morning St George's, Epsom and St Helier is always the best day. We topped last year’s total already. This was down to our amazing volunteers, support works and CNS who handed out cake, raffle tickets and support. Macmillan Cancer Support so much gratitude and love for your work today!
