New at 47, "Human Touch" peaked at 23 and was the only UK top 40 hit for Rick Springfield, best known for his role in the US TV drama "General Hospital" and for his US and Australian #1 hit "Jesse's Girl", which only made no.43 in the UK. #OffTheChart #NoiseboxRadio
