September is #ArthritisAwarenessMonth. One in five Canadians have arthritis and there is no known cure. NYGH offers many services to arthritis patients, including a robot named ROSA who is helping people with severe osteoarthritis. Read more bit.ly/4ds46dY

September is #SickleCellAwarenessMonth. NYGH’s Sickle Cell Working Group is made up of nurses, physicians and other members of the team who are working to bridge the knowledge gap about the disease and offer the best treatments for those living with SCD in our communities.
