Did you know that Nutramax Laboratories started in 1992 by Dr. Bob Henderson with 2 employees in a small office just north of Baltimore, Maryland? #NutramaxFamily

Between 1995 and 1999, Nutramx Laboratories built its first manufacturing plant for Cosamin and Cosequin and moved to a location just north of Baltimore. In 1997 we had 37 employees. #NutramaxFamily

Nutramax Laboratories celebrated our Grand Opening in May 2000 shortly after we moved to a brand new facility in Harford County, Maryland and had grown to 81 employees that year! We still have that location today.

Nutramax Laboratories expanded and moved its animal health manufacturing and corporate headquarters to Lancaster, SC in 2010 by purchasing two buildings and had grown to 252 employees nationally! #NutramaxFamily

In 2015, Nutramax Laboratories grew to 350 employees nationally and announced another expansion and purchased a 136,000 square foot building in Lancaster that would bring it to 4 facilities (3 in South Carolina and 1 in Maryland). #NutramaxFamily

Today, Nutramax Laboratories hosted its expansion celebration and groundbreaking ceremony in Lancaster SC with over 150 business leaders, local elected officials, Nutramax Laboratories employees, and South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster. #NutramaxFamily, #TeamSC, #LancasterSC

It's no surprise that a company that is built upon the values of faith and family with a commitment to precision and excellence is thriving. I was thrilled to visit Nutramax to celebrate the groundbreaking for their expansion that will create more than 200 new jobs in Lancaster.
