ARREST MADE: On 7/15/25, a masked suspect broke into a jewelry store on Washington Ave, stealing tens of thousands in watches. After a multi-agency investigation, Herman Milton (43, Hartford) was arrested on 10/14. Charges include Burglary 3rd, Larceny 1st & more.
