Some part of soc. media promote expectations of productivity & self-improvement in lockdown. Isolation is tough as-is, let alone when living w/ the impact of widowhood. Some options explored here show that just ‘being’ can be challenging &just to focus on small, achievable things

Not being with a dying loved one, no chance to say goodbye, no comforting hug, grieving alone. So many factors adding to the pain of bereavement. In this changed world we need to turn to different ways of saying goodbye, remembering & paying tribute as well as providing support.
