Can someone tell me why xg overperformance is a bad thing? In my eyes low xg is equally due to the team’s creative abilities as the positions the player takes up United massively underperformed from an xg perspective last year, so im all for trying to counteract that with mbeumo

Im 50/50 on this Personally i dont want to sit and count my player’s defensive actions in a game But it makes the game more versatile allowing more routes for points from typically ‘weaker’ players And regardless its not too lucrative after all as its only capped at 2 points #fpl

By the way this rule confirms one thing to me… Im hopping on the rice train - takes corners - surely on free kicks - minutes assurance - will be strong at gaining the extra 2 points for defensive actions -should get some attacking license especially against low blocks #fpl

For the rest of this window if i’m united my number 1 priority is a centre mid That may be unpopular but today through the middle we looked the same as how we’ve done all season. If we’re playing a 2 in midfield we need to be able to trust the people playing there- which we cant
