Thankful that I enjoy my own company & spend large periods of time without needing others. Makes me less social though Friend just moved to an apartment living alone after always being in flat share & realising she can't spend an hour without someone around, let alone all day

One thing I am trying to learn from my Gen Z nieces is to document memories - photos, videos, voice notes. I don't remember much of even couple of years ago and any documentation is a great trigger to relive that past Derek Sivers says it quite well too sive.rs/htl07
