Thank you to our great members Audrey Elford @penelopevlove Alison Spence this is a great contribution. It would be great to hear how government and NFP organisation are fostering sustainable food choices in ECEC - tag us and tell us how.

An important read Jane Martin - can you recommend a paper which outlines how parents/ECEC staff can protect children as an interim measure - and can you tell us what would be the one thing that would have the greatest impact in policy? Thank you

What a great idea to share the body of evidence - are you able to share the abstracts or provide a recording for those that can't attend in persons? - 20th November event

This is shocking. There are numerous resources to support infant feeding which can support the narrative for ECEC parents and staff - check them out growandgotoolbox.com

Nutrition is a foundational requirement for developmental and health outcomes - can you direct the readers to a statement which supports this and thus promotes inclusion in policy to prioritise healthy food environments in practice.

Free on the ground nutrition support is only available in Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania - this support is critical for supporting quality in ECEC and should be a priority for other states to foster health and developmental outcomes of children aged 0-5 years.

Thank you CRE_EPOCH we have an amazing team dedicated to system level change to facilitate quality food environments in ECEC. A priority is provision of free on the ground nutrition support for ECEC services in every Australian jurisdiction - currently only in 3 !

Great and bold question from @KBackholer to our panel MPs - when is Australia going to get real about giving some actual social security and income support? #FoodGovernance2024

Wonderful research from our members Dr Lisa Vincze @irwin_cg - system approaches are critical in benchmarking expectations for ECEC food environments - including policies at a service level.
