Thanks to our friends at East Coast Believers Church, many families have a little extra food to tide them over. Huge shoutout to Publix for donating the tote bags and Ms. Scatliffe for helping organizing the distribution. #Teamwork Pinewood_OCPS

Thanks to the generosity of East Coast Believers Church and @Above and Beyond, we were able to distribute fresh vegetables, meats, and grocery staples to over 140 families! This is what happens when we all do a little—together, we can do so much! #CommunityStrong #GivingBack

Today, my students explored the microscopic world with a 3D-printed from Foldscope ! They compared onion cell walls to a butterfly wing and discovered that all living things share more than we think—cells, structures, and nuclei. Starbucks Pinewood_OCPS

STEM Friday- The kids were able to compare an 🐜 leg to a 🐝 leg and made the exciting discovery that the bees 🐝 legs has more hair than an 🐜 leg. They further deduced that the hair on the 🐝 leg helps it with pollination . So grateful to Foldscope for this!
